Greenwich Rugby Club is rebuilding with purpose—and we’re looking for a driven Head Coach to shape our senior men’s team, set standards, and help return the club to competitive league rugby.

The role

Run engaging weekly training and drive standards
-
Lead matchday preparation, selection support, and in-game coaching

Develop players with clear feedback and simple, effective game plans

Build a positive, inclusive culture—competitive, respectful, and fun

Work with the Club/Team Captain/Committee on recruitment & long-term growth
What you’ll bring

Experience playing and/or coaching senior rugby
-
Confident leadership and clear communication
-
Ability to motivate, develop and retain players of all abilities
-
Team-first mindset and commitment to club values
-
RFU Level 2 or equivalent
-
Desirable: grassroots coaching experience; player development & behaviour management skills
