Greenwich Rugby Club were hosts to a number of different Scout groups as they looked to complete their individual

Physical Recreation Activity Badge sports badges.

One of the big drivers for this event was our very own under 14's Secretary, Laura,  who is also a scout leader.

 

Various Scout groups joined the session, and they were put through their paces by our current club players, coaches, and our enthusiastic Greenwich Pirates Team.

This was no walk in the park, and each participant was duly put through individual and group training sessions, training drills and the traditional bulldog tag rugby session.

​

Each participant was made to earn their badge and our Pirates and coaches ensured that the pace was fast, competitive but also ensured that each person was correctly coached and encouraged when needed.

Well done to all participants from Greenwich Rugby Club, Scout Groups supporters who came along and made a wonderful day.
