Greenwich Rugby Club
Annual Golf Day

Players, Non- Players - Members and Guest joined the annual Greenwich Rugby Club - Golf Open Day which was held at Cray Valley Golf Course.

As always, a great day was had, starting with bacon and sausage rolls, coffee, a range of dodgy socks worn by all and handicaps provided to all players to give an even playing field to everyone.

26+ players teed off from 09:30 and the day just got better and better - even a light shower could not dampen the spirits. Well done to Stuart Winfield our 2025 winner who's took the claret jug from our 2024 winnner Richard Walsh - Stuart your name is now added to the GRFC Claret Jug.

Credit to John Howlin who organised everything from start to finish and made sure everyone was well looked after and the complete day ran smoothly - good to see some of the ex-players come along and well done to those who had never played golf before..........

Breakfast before a full round of golf
Dodgy socks worn by all
Players and none-players warmly welcomed
Shot of the day goes to Steve Smith (inchies) away from an Eagle .......

Keep an eye on the events pages for this year's date which will be released soon!
